Cannabis Awareness

Although it may not be obvious to everyone, cannabis is a huge problem in our teenage society. One major thing teens are dealing with at school is cannabis.

As you can see, teens are learning about marijuana in school. It’s just as easy to smoke at school as it is to buy at school. Parents are not around during the 6 hours teens are in school so that’s plenty of time to buy the drugs, smoke them and sober up before going home. Unfortunately this is the worst time to get high. School is a place to learn and no one can retain information when they are high. High school is normally the first time kids get asked if they want to do drugs. Peer pressure also played a huge role in it. Kids smoke up to be accepted as part of the popular group or they feel left out so they decide to do it even thought they are against it simply to fit in. A lot of teens think that cannabis and alcohol are part of adolescence and part of partying. What they don’t seem to realize is that the two are very different. Cannabis is still illegal when you are 18.

A lot of teens go into high school thinking that most people there age have tried cannabis at least once. This is not true at all. Contrary to belief, there are more teens who do not use cannabis then those who do.

To be able to make a smart choice about cannabis you need to know all the facts so please give the rest of the site a look so that you can do so.
